Sadie Schrock never wanted to marry. She was content to help take care of the family business, and eventually take it over when her parents retire. But all of her plans fall to pieces when a careless driver kills both of her parents and seriously hurts one of her younger sister. With piles of debt left behind, and mounting hospital bills now as well, Sadie is left with little chose. She must marry. And of all people she is forced to marry Aden. The one person who seen her in desperate need of help when she was younger, but he ran away. But as she gets to know Aden Sadie finds out he isn't the same boy who once betrayed her. But when dangerous secrets are revealed, Sadie's must find a way to help save herself and her family before it is to late.
I believe this was the first book I have read by Kathleen Fuller. And I can not wait to read more of her books. This book was so hard to put down that I could hardly get anything else done! I just kept thinking about the story and what would happen next. The book was wonderfully written, and I could easily connect with the main characters. There were some great surprises in the book, and I enjoyed seeing the characters grow during the story. It was a book that definitely kept my interest, and had me finishing it in record time since I could hardly put it down!
I received this book free from the publisher, Thomas Nelson,  through the BookLook Bloggers book review program. The opinions are my own.
