  I love this book! When it says it is the one-stop guide to preparing and spinning cotton, flax, and hemp it means it! It has a amazing amount of info in this book. Like details about what the fibers are like, how to grow them, harvesting them, prepare them, spin them, and more. Even if you buy fiber that is already prepared for spinning this book gives you a good understanding about each of these 3 plant fibers and how they work.    Plus this book also includes a lot of information about handling and using your yarns. Like using your yarn in weaving or knitting, dyeing, plying, winding the yarn, and setting your twist. It also has many wonderful pictures and drawings throughout the book to help show you how to do things.
